埋伏牙低剂量多层螺旋CT检查辐射剂量的选择 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋计算机体层成像(MSCT)在埋伏牙检查中的最低X射线剂量。方法回顾性分析我院60例埋伏牙十六排螺旋CT检查图像,将患者按CT管球每旋转一周X射线剂量不同划分为125mAs、25mAs、5mAs三组,由放射科两名正主任医师及三名副主任医师采用双盲法分析图像质量,并记录不同X射线剂量扫描时的CT权重剂量指数(CTDIw),进行统计学处理。结果①三组不同剂量扫描图像均能准确区分牙齿结构,5mAs扫描组在牙槽突骨小梁及周围软组织的分辨能力较25mAs、125mA组下降,但仍能达到诊断要求。②5mAs组CTDIw值仅为125mAs组的3.9%。结论5mAs的MSCT低剂量扫描可以满足埋伏牙检查需要,最大限度减少患者接受的辐射剂量。
