摘要
培养反思型教师是教育教学改革、提高教学质量、提升教师素养的需要。但目前高师的职前教师教育课程中还没有反思型教师培养的内容。教育实践是反思型教师培养的理想平台,可以通过引导学生在教育实践中学习反思理论、研究指导老师反思实践、进行教育反思尝试、探讨教育反思经验、交流教育反思体验、引入科学反思评价等等方式来实现反思型教师培养的目标。
Cultivation of reflective teachers is the need of teaching reform. However, current higher education has not the relative contents. Therefore, teaching practice is an ideal platform to make up the blank through the following way: instruct the reflective theory to those college practice students and ask them to use it, exchange their experience and understandings, sum them up and give a scientific evaluation
