本文介绍了BACnet的由来、特点、结构、优势,分析了在成为国际标准ISO16484-5之后BACnet标准在楼宇智能化领域中的作用和地位。同时,从技术层面阐述了在楼宇智能化领域推广和应用BACnet标准的可行性和重要性,指出了如何将BACnet标准应用在我国的楼宇智能化工程项目上,提出了开发符合BACnet标准的产品和产业化具有自主知识产权的基本做法和原则。最后,使用实例证明了使用符合BACnet标准的产品在系统集成、维护升级等方面的益处,以供在楼宇智能化领域的工程实施人员参考,同时也供楼宇智能化集成商和产品开发人员讨论。

The paper introduces the background, feature, construction and advantage of BACnet, analyzes its function and role in Building Intelligent area after BACnet becoming International Standard ISO 16484-5. Meanwhile, the paper describs the feasibility and importance to use BACnet in Building Intelligent area in technical level, and how to use BACnet in our country＇s Building Intelligent project, and also proposes the principle and basic procedure in develop the self-owned intellectual property rights product and industrialize them which meeting BACnet protocol. In the end, it gives an example to prove the benefits in system integrating, upgrading, and maintaining using BACnet based control system.
