上睑提举试验检查法临床应用效果的前瞻性研究

Prospective study on the effect of clinical application of upper eyelid lifting test

１９９３年以来，采用上睑提举试验检查法对１１８例单侧中或重度先天性上睑下垂患者进行检测，根据检查结果，对阳性率及与提上睑肌肌力的关系进行分析；将阳性患者随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组仍按常规方法手术，试验组则按提举后的上睑位置修改术式，术后三个月观察手术效果。试验组手术满意率为９２％，对照组为１２％。在单侧中、重度先天性上睑下垂，当对侧提上睑肌肌力低于１２ｍｍ时，提举试验检查法应做为术前的常规检查，纠正上睑位置假象。

Object:To observe effect of applicating promoting test in moderate or advanced congenital single blepharoptosis. Depend upon the examination results of 118 cases, the positive rate and muscle strength of levator palpebrae superioris were observed and analyzed. 84 positive cases were randomly divided into two groups in order to observe the operation effect. The original operation plan was carried out in the control group and the modified plan in the test group. In the test group, the satisfying rate was 92%. In the control group, it was 12%. When the muscle strength of levator palpebrae superioris was lower than 12mm, the promoting test examination must be carried out thus to modify the lid position and the original operation plan.
