无明显瘢痕的乳房肿块切除术

Benign breast tumor excised without obvious scar

报道一种无明显切口瘢痕的乳房肿块切除术。应用乳晕缘切口经乳腺包膜表面间隙剥离，行乳房肿块切除。临床应用４２例，全部取得良好效果，未留下明显瘢痕，保持了乳房的圆润外形，患者均非常满意。乳晕缘切口乳房肿块切除术，无明显切口瘢痕。

To provide anexcision method for benign breast tumor without obvious scar, a periareolar incision was done and dissecting between fascia profunda and front capsule, then cut off the benign tumor. 42 cases were treated with this methok. the smooth round contour of breast was kept without obvious scar, all patients obtained satified results. This method was proved to be quite ideal, could meet patient's high esthetic demands, and could keep their breast operations secret. 
