济南市住区老年适应性休闲空间设计探讨

Adaptive design of leisure space for elder's settlements in Jinan

随着城市人口老龄化速度的加快,越来越多的居住小区步入老年型住区的行列,然而现有大部分住区的环境设计却不尽如人意,难以满足老年人的休闲需求。以即将进入高速老龄化阶段的济南市为例,通过实地调研及统计分析等方法,研究不同老年人对休闲空间的需求,从而对济南老年型住区户外休闲空间设计要点进行分析和总结,以期为济南未来的住区环境建设提供一些建议和参考。

With the acceleration of aging population, growing number of settlements are listed into the old age types. However, the majority of existing settlements, short of environmental design, are far to meet the leisure needs of the elderly. Taking settlements in Jinan for example, the author explores the elder＇s different needs for leisure space through the survey and statistical analysis, thus obtaining the ground for analysing elder-type settlements of utdoor leisure space design in Jinan with a view to the future settlements and environmental construction in Jinan. And the research analysis may provide some suggestions and references.
