摘要
针对济南市供热系统部分换热站能耗高的问题,根据调研数据应用水力计算软件对换热站相关管网进行水力计算,绘制出管网的供回水压降图并得出水力计算结果。根据计算结果,从换热站规模、循环水泵、换热器和一、二次网的连接方式四个方面,结合运行管理方式对换热站进行分析,找出了能耗高的原因,并用优化设备配置与运行管理来解决存在的问题,进而提出换热站优化设计的方法,说明在换热站的设计中需综合考虑各个方面来降低能耗,达到节能的目的。
This paper discusses the high energy consumption problem in some heating converting stations of heat supplying system in Jinan. According to survey data, hydraulic calculation of pipeline of heating converting station is implemented by hydraulic calculation software. Also given are the pressure drop map of the supply and return water pipeline network, and the result of its hydraulic calculation. According results of hydraulic calculation and by analyzing the four aspects, the size of the heat- ing converting station, circulation pump, exchanger and connection, reasons for high energy consumption are identified and these problems are solved by optimization of device configuration and operation. Accordingly, the optimal design method of heating converting stations is proposed and the various aspects of design in heating converting stations are specified to reduce the energy loss.
