园林植物标本的采集制作技术与实验教学应用

Plant sample collection of gardens and its application in experimental teaching

园林植物学实验是教学的重要环节之一。而园林植物标本的采集、制作是园林植物实验教学的重要内容。该文探索了园林植物实验教学中常用的腊叶标本和电子标本的采集、制作技术;分析了腊叶标本和电子标本的优缺点;指出了电子标本虽具有独特的优势和重要的现实意义,但还不能完全代替传统的蜡叶标本等实物标本;提出在园林植物的实验教学中,要应用传统的腊叶标本和图文并茂的电子标本相互结合、灵活多样的实验教学方式和方法,才能极大的提高实验教学的效果。

Garden botanical experiment is an important element of teaching and the garden plant specimen collection and making are two important dimensions of experimental teaching. This paper explores the specimen collection of wax and electronic samples and processing technique commonly used in gardening experimental teaching. The study also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of wax samples and electronic ones and points out some unique advantages of electronic specimen but not yet re- placement of herbarium ones. It is proposed that in experimental teaching, traditional herbarium specimens and illustrations of electronic samples should be combined with each other, thus flexible and diverse teaching methods significantly improving the effectiveness of experimental teaching.
