Hemorrhage Treated with Thrombin During Stereotactic Operation

ＣＴ引导脑立体定向手术定位准确，操作简便，创伤性小；但非直视下手术，术中穿和检有可能损伤脑深部血管，特别是肿瘤附近比正常增多增粗的动静脉，引起颅内出血而导致严重并发症。

Though CT-guided stereotactic operation has several advantages, such as the acutelocation,easy management and minimal injury, it may cause injury of vessels in deep parts of brainbecause of non-direct seeing procedure. The more vessels to round the focus, the more risk tocause intracranial hemorrhage. 731 times of stereotactic operations were performed from 1992 to1996. 51 cases (6. 98%) occurred hemorrhage. Among them, 9 (1. 2%) of them were intractablearterial hemorrhage ones, and 42 (5. 75%) were light. All cases of hemorrhage treated withthrombin through the local tube. The result was satisfactory. There were no death and seriouscomplications.
