芡实是一种药食两用水生植物,具有医疗保健和经济开发利用价值。对其营养成分、药理学基础研究及应用现状等进行了简单综述,并展望其在医药、食品工业上的应用前景。
Euryale ferox Salisb is a kind of hydrophyte used both as drug and food which exhibits much application and development prospect in the fields of medicine and economy. Reviewed ＇the progress of primary studies on nutritional components, pharmacological functions and applications of Euryale ferox, the application prospects of medicine and food industry were provided.
