重组工程的研究进展

摘要 重组工程是近几年来兴起的一种基于体内同源重组的、新型的遗传工程。技术重组系统不需要限制性内切酶和DNA连接酶就可以进行DNA克隆和亚克隆。该技术操作简单,效率较高,可望为功能基因组学研究提供一个有力的工具。就重组工程的分类以及近几年来在基因组研究中的应用和进展做一综述。 Based on principle of homologous recombination,a new genetic engineering system named"recombineering"has been developed in recent years.The classification of Recombineering,the progression and applications of this powerful new technique were reviewed.Plasemid and articial chromosome to be modified and subcloned,without the need for restriction enzyme or ligases.Recombineering also facilitates many kinds of genomic experiments difficult to be carried out.As to be a potent tool in functional genomics research.
