Discussion about Mao Zedong' s Thoughts on Constitution

毛泽东宪法思想的主要内容是光辉的,其涉及宪法的由来和地位、类型和性质,新中国宪法的制定、修改和实施,宪法的发展趋势等方面;其不足和问题也是明显的,晚期的曲折和失误尤其严重。在改革开放新时期,毛泽东宪法思想的失误被纠正,科学成果得以坚持和发展,新中国宪法事业取得了重大成就。

The main parts of Mao Zedong＇s thoughts on constitution are glorious. Mao＇s positive thoughts are related to the origin, role, type and nature of constitution, the formulation, amendment and implementation of constitution of new China, and the trend of constitution. Nevertheless, Mao＇s thoughts still have some obvious defects and questions to be discussed. Especially, in his late years, there were some serious twists and distortion in implementing the constitution. In the new period of reform and opening-up, the distortion of Mao＇s thoughts had been corrected. The cause of constitution of new China has made remarkable achievements as Mao＇s positive fruits were adhered to and developed.
