本文计算了对火焰原子吸收法测人工汗液中镍的检出限,并对检出限不确定度的来源进行了分析;计算了各不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度、自由度和扩展不确定度,得出了检出限的范围。
The detection limit of nickel in artificial sweat measured by FAAS and the uncertainty of the detection limit has been analyzed. The combined standard uncertainty, the degrees of freedom and the expanded uncertainty have been calculated, upon which educed the range of detection limit ultimately.
