蚌埠市一般人群艾滋病知识知晓率调查分析

Survey of general population's knowledge about AIDS in Bengbu city

目的了解蚌埠市乡镇及城市社区居民艾滋病知识和相关态度的知晓情况,为进一步有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法通过分层随机抽样,于2007年7月对蚌埠市余庆街社区、同乐园社区、向前社区、小蚌埠镇、李楼乡、吴小街镇共600名居民进行艾滋病知识的问卷调查。结果城乡居民的总知晓率73.00%,农村居民艾滋病知识平均知晓率65.75%,城市居民79.51%,文化程度越高,艾滋病基础知识的知晓率越高。结论要继续加大尤其是农村居民的艾滋病相关知识宣传力度,消除歧视及恐惧;采用新闻、报刊与专题报道等群众乐意接受的宣传方式。

Objective To understand the situation of the Bengbu City and the urban community residents in the township about AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes of the known cases so as to carry out further targeted study and provide the basis of AIDS health education.Methods Randomed sampling was condncted in July 2007 in communities of Yuqing,Tongleyuan Xiangqian,Xiaobengbu,Lilou and Wu xiaojie with a total of 600 residents involved.Results The overall awareness of urban and rural residents was 73.00%.The average rural residents AIDS awareness was 65.75% and 79.51% for urban residents.Conclusion We should continue to improve,especially in rural areas,the knowledge of AIDS and eliminate discrimination and fear of AIDS.
