联合化疗治疗晚期恶性软组织肿瘤35例

Combined Chemotherapy in 35 Cases of Advanced Malignant Soft Tissue Neoplasms

[目的]探讨治疗晚期恶性软组织肿瘤的化疗方案。[方法]以环磷酸胺、阿霉素、长春新碱组成CAO方案，分别加入氮烯咪胺和顺氛校钻组成CAODIC和CAO方案。以异环磷酸胶替代CAODIC中的环磷酰胺组成IFAODIC方案。随机治疗35例各种病理类型晚期恶性软组织肿瘤。[结果]四组有效率为50％、58．3％、80％、80％，全组总有效率为62．8％。[结论]CAO和CAODIC方案中分别加顺氯锭钥单药和以异环磷酰胺替代环磷酰胺后疗效较佳，毒副反应较小，值得临床进一步扩大使用。

[Purpose]To explore the chemotherapeutic regimen in advanced malignant soft tissue sarcoma [Method]We adopted four chemotherapyregimens for malignant soft tissue sarcoma There were 35 cases of advanced soft tissue sarcoma patients accepted the four projects randomizedly CAO(CTX=ADM+VCR),CAODIC(ACAO+DTIC),CAOP(CAO+DDP)and IFAODIC(IFO+ADM+VCR+DTIC) [Results]The response rates of CAO, CAODIC, CAOP and IFAODiC groups were 50% 58.3%, 80% respectively [Conclusion]The inclusion of DDP with substitution of IFO for CTX can acquire better resutlts, and are worthy of furthur investigation
