克淋灵经药粉吹入器给药治疗女性下生殖道淋病

Kelinling powder for female gonorrhea in low genital tract by insufflator

目的研究克淋灵局部用药治疗女性下生殖道淋病的疗效。方法女性下生殖道淋病患者５６例，用阴道药粉吹入器将克淋灵药粉直接涂布于宫颈、穹窿和阴道内进行治疗（治疗组），并作体外细菌培养和药物敏感试验，同时随机选５０例女性下生殖道淋病患者肌注壮观霉素（淋必治），每次２ｇ，每日一次，共２次作为对照（对照组）。结果克淋灵经阴道药粉吹入器给药治疗女性下生殖道淋病治愈率１００％，明显高于对照组治愈率８０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；克淋灵治疗组毒副反应发生率为０，明显低于对照组５０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。克淋灵体外药物敏感试验１００％敏感，高于壮观霉素８０％敏感。结论克淋灵经阴道药粉吹入器给药治疗女性下生殖道淋病是一种疗效显著、毒副反应小、经济、方法简单易行。

Objective To research the therapeutic effects of Kelinling for female gonorrhea in low genital tract by vaginal vaginal fornix.Method There were 56 cases of female gonorrhea in low genital tract.Kelinling powder was smeared on the cervix、vaginal fornix and vagina by vaginal insufflator(treated group).External culture of bacteria and drug sensitivity test were performed.Meanwhile,50 cases of gonorrhea in low genital tract were randomly selected and treated by spectrnomycin im.(control group).Results The cure rate of treated group(100%) was significantly greater than that of control group(80%)(P<0.01).The occurrence rates of toxic and side effects of treated group (zero)were obviously lower than that of control group(50%)(P<0.01).Sensitive rates of spectrnomycin of both group were 100% and 80% respectively.Conclusion Kelinling powder by insufflator is a new method for female gonorrhea in low genital tract.This method has not only significant therapeutic effect and little toxic and side effects but also is economical,simple and covenient.It deserves to be popularized.
