摘要
目的探讨高温、香烟及其联合对小鼠骨髓细胞微核的影响。方法采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核检测的方法,研究高温和香烟的交互诱变作用。结果高温(40℃、41℃、42℃)对小鼠骨髓细胞微核具有明显的诱变作用(P<001),并随温度升高而加强,腹腔注射(10~20支/只),皮下注射(15~20支/只),灌胃(20支/只)香烟烟雾水溶物可明显诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核的形成(P<001),并与高温具有明显的协同作用(P<005~001)。结论高温和香烟可诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核的形成,且有协同作用。
Objectives To research the effects of hyperthermia and(or) cigarette smoke on the micronulei of bone marrow in mice.Methods The induced mutagnesis effects and interation of hyperthermia and(or) cigarate smoke and cigarette were studied by the micronucleus formation in bone marrow of mice.Results The hyperthermia (40℃,41℃,42℃) significantly induced nutation of micronuclei in bone marrow of mice(P<0.01),and a significant temperturerespone was found. When the water soluble substances contained cigarette somke was given by ip(1.0~2.0 cigaratte/20gwk),subcutaneous inject(1.5~2.0cigaratte/20gwk) and oral(2.0 cigaratte/20gwk) in mice on hight temperture a significant induction and interaction (P<0.01) on micronucleus of the bone marrow were also observed.Conclusion The hyperthermia combing cigaratte somke can significantly induce mutation of micronuclei in bone marrow of mice and they have synegistic action.
