血必净注射液对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗影响的观察

Effect of Xuebijing injiectiong on insulin resistance of patients

目的观察血必净注射液对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响,探讨其对2型糖尿病的辅助治疗效果。方法120例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组患者按病情给予胰岛素治疗,治疗组给予血必净注射液120ml/d,治疗4周后,观察两组患者胰岛素用量变化及胰岛素抵抗指数变化。结果治疗开始前,治疗组每日应用胰岛素平均量28U,胰岛素抵抗指数为6.63,对照组胰岛素平均用量为29U,胰岛素抵抗指数为6.74,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗2周后,治疗组胰岛素平均量为20U,对照组为28U,治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组胰岛素抵抗指数为4.36,对照组胰岛素抵抗指数为6.57,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液能够减少2型糖尿病患者胰岛素用量,降低胰岛素抵抗指数,发挥对2型糖尿病的辅助治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of xuebijing injection on insulin resistance and adjunctive therapy in noninsulin dependent diabetes. Methods 120 patients with oninsulin dependent diabetes were divided into therapic groups（TG） and control groups（CG） ,all patients received treatment with insuline according to pathogenetic condition,the patients in TG received additional treatment with xuebijing injection in 120 ml/d,the dosage of insuline and insulin resistance index were analyzed in 4 weeks. Results Before treatment,the dosage of insuline was 28 U in TG, and 29 U in CG, insulin resistance index was 6.63 in TG, and 6.74 in CG, the dosage of insuline and insulin resistance index were identical. After 4 weeks, the dosage of insuline was 20 U in TG,and 28U in CG, insulin resistance index was 4.36 in TG,and 6.57 in CG, the dosage of insuline and insulin resistance index were lower in TG. Conclussion Xuebijing injections could decreasing insulin resistance index in noninsulin dependent diabetes and produce a adjunctive therapy.
