电刺激缰核下行抑制作用中的递质探讨

摘要 目的探讨中枢神经递质5-HT是否参与电刺激外侧缰核(LHb)对脊髓广动力范围神经元(WDR)的下行抑制,为研究缰核的镇痛机制提供实验室资料。方法采用电生理技术记录脊髓背角WDR神经元放电,静脉推注5-HT受体阻断剂赛庚啶观察对电刺激外侧缰核的影响。结论赛庚啶可部分阻断电刺激外侧缰核对脊髓背角WDR神经元的抑制作用。电刺激外侧缰核的镇痛途径中。 Objective To study whether the central neurotransmitter 5-HT takes part in descending inhibition on spinal wide dynamic range neurons(WDR) induced by stimulating lateral habenulur nuclei,to provide the experimental data for analgesia of habenula.Method By electrophysiological method and systemic cyproheptadine, to record spinal dorsal horn WDR neurons and study the influence of 5-HT on effect of LHb stimulation.Results The inhibitory effect on spinal WDR neurons with stimulating LHb can be partly blocked by systemic cyproheptadine.Conclution The central neurotransmitter 5-HT takes part in the inhibitory effect of LHb stimulation on spinal WDR neurons.
