低声强超声对肿瘤作用的研究

摘要 目的研究超声的生物效应。方法18只雄性BALB/C纯系小鼠,腹腔接种B16黑色素瘤细胞,建立动物肿瘤模型,随机分为对照组和治疗组;用输出声强为1.0W·cm-2、输出波形为连续正弦波、超声频率为3MHz的国产74型超声治疗机对治疗组小鼠肿瘤细胞进行辐射;每次作用10min,每天一次,连续作用10d;对照组不作超声辐射处理。10d后处死所有动物,切除肿瘤组织,光镜下观察肿瘤生长情况,用天平称瘤重,研究超声对肿瘤生长的影响,组间比较用t检验。结果超声作用组与对照组相比有促进肿瘤生长的作用(P<0.05)。结论低声强的超声有促进瘤细胞增殖作用。 Objective To research the biological effects of ultra ultrasound on mice with tumor.Methods Eighteen male BALB/C mice innoculated with B16 melanoma cells in the abdoment,divided into the treated group and control group randomly,domestic type 74 ultrasonic therapeutic machine with output of 1.0w·cm^(-2) ultrasonic energy and output of consectutive sine wave of 3MHz frequency,10 minutes a day for consecutive 10 days. No radiation was used to the mice in the control group. All these animals were killed after the tenth day. The tumour tissues were removed and observed under an optical microscope and weighted by balance as well.The effect of ultrasonic sound on tumour growth was studied and compared with test between the two groups.Results Ultrasound acted on the mice with tumor compared in control group showed significant changes(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has promting tumor production, side effects should be avoided in clinical application.
