摘要
高校教师作为高素质的人才,是国家的科研主体。每年我国高校教师发表的论文数量是很可观的,但与国外的高校相比,原创性的科研成果却很有限。教师缺乏科研创新的激情,创新能力低,造成了"学术贬值"。影响高校教师科研创新能力的因素很多,但目前科研创新中的外部激励机制的激励效能不高是一个主要的原因。根据高校教师及科研创新的特点,科研创新的动力需要转型,即从外部激励机制转向内部激励机制。
Colleges and Universities teacher as the highly qualified personnel, is the principal part of a nation's research.Every year, the number of paper published is very impressive in our universities, but in comparison with foreign universities, the original research results are limited.Teachers lack the passion for research and innovation, and the level of innovation is low, resulted in "academic devaluation". There are a lot of factors affect the ability of university teachers' research and innovation, but the low performance of existing external motivation mechanism is a major reason.According to the features of colleges and universities teachers and innovation, the driving force of research and innovation needs to change, that is, transforms the mechanism from external motivation to internal motivation.
