批评:一种面向事实本身的对话

摘要 针对教育部颁布《中小学班主任工作规定》所引发的关于班主任有对学生进行批评教育的权利问题,展开了必要的分析和逻辑追溯。在揭示传统批评教育中存在弊病的同时,强调了批评是面向事实的对话。指出教师开展批评教育必须基于客观事实,帮助学生运用理性预判后果,引导他们自我矫正与自我完善,自觉走向健康人生之路。 In this paper, the Ministry of Educaion issuses "the regulations on primary and secondary school teacher" that triggered the right to the criticism education problem by the teacher in charge of class to students, and carries out the necessary analytical and logical trace. It not only reveals the disadvantages of traditional criticism education but also emphasizes that criticism is the dialogue which faces to the fact. It also points out that teachers' criticism must be based on objective facts, helping students to use reason to predict consequences, leading them to self-correction and self-improvement and consciously towords a healthy life.
