摘要
在教育史上一直就有个人本位和社会本位之争,为了协调二者间的矛盾,从提出"学校即社会"的主张,到马克思的人的全面发展学说,再到科学发展观、以人为本和谐社会的综合素质教育观,人们对教育有了全新的认识;进而提出了时空统一、多维、动态的教育整体存在形态——教育场。教育场是:教育活动中教育者、受教育者、教育介质和社会环境四者之间物质、能量、信息相互交换而形成的时空统一的、多维的、动态的教育整体存在形态,具有立体间的多维性、整体上的包容性、主体间的动态性,以及约束、凝聚和激励功能。
There is always a dispute on individual standard theory and social standard theory in the history ot education. In order to coordinate the contraL, lction between these two theories, proposition of "school is society", Marx's theory on human's all-around development as well as the view of comprehensive quality education basing on scientific outlook on development and human-oriented principle have been produced, by which people had a completely new conception----education field, a whole existing form of education with time-space united, multi-dimensional, dynamic characters. Through analyzing, this article puts forwara such a concept about education field: it is an existing form derived from exchanging of substance, energy and information of these four aspects like educator, educatee, education medium and social environment; it possess stereo multi-dimension, inclusiveness from a whole and dynamic among main part; it has got such functions as restrain, cohesion and stimulation.
