非小细胞肺癌中多药耐药相关蛋白表达及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究多药耐药相关蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义。方法:应用单克隆抗体QCR-1行LSAB免疫组化法研究61例非小细胞肺癌组织的多药耐药相关蛋白表达水平。结果:肺癌组织中多药耐药相关蛋白表达总阳性率为68.92%;癌旁正常肺组织呈阴性或弱阳性表达;高和中分化肺癌多药耐药相关蛋白表达的阳性率高于低分化癌(P<0.005);Ⅰ~Ⅱ期肺癌多药耐药相关蛋白表达的阳性率高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者(P<0.01)。结论:多药耐药相关蛋白是非小细胞肺癌多药耐药的重要参与因素,其表达与非小细胞肺癌分化程度及临床分期相关。 In order to study the expression of multi-drug resistance associated protein(MRP) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its significance,LSAB immunohistochemical methods were used with the monoclonal antibody QCR-1 to examine the MRP expression of 61 NSCLC patients.The total positive rate of MRP expression in NSCLC was 68.92% Normal lung tissue near NSCLC was negative or weakly positive for MRP.The positive rate of highly and moderately differentiated NSCLC was higher than that of weakly differentiated NSCLC(P<0.005).The positive rate of early stage (Ⅰ~Ⅱ) NSCLC was higer than that of late stage (Ⅲ~Ⅳ) NSCLC (P<0.01).These results demonstrate that MRP expression is an important factor of multi-drug resistance in NSCLC. Relationships were found between the level of MRP expression,level of NSCLC differentiation and clinical stage.
