摘要 [目的]研究含酚废水的生物降解处理过程。[方法]对5株菌种进行不同浓度的含酚废水降酚试验,测定其不同时间段内的降酚率和降酚的速率。[结果]JF-1、JF-2、JF-3、JF-4、JF-5菌,在500 mg/L的含酚量时,在前3 h内,降酚率分别为34.45%、30.84%、61.32%、41.21%和56.41%;在24 h内,降酚率达到了100%。在较高浓度2 000 mg/L时,在24 h时这5株菌的降酚率分别为68.57%、67.29%、79.28%、66.49%和81.98%。试验所筛选的菌株有较强的降酚能力,提高了降酚的速率,在较短时间内,用不同浓度的含酚量作降酚试验对比这5株菌,降酚率变化不大。[结论]这5株菌均有较强的适应冲积负荷变化的能力;通过对比得出其中JF-5菌株的降酚效果最好,JF-5菌定为所选的优势菌种。 [ Objective ] The process of the biodegradation of wastewater with phenolic material was studied. [ Method ] The experiment in five microbial strains degrading the wastewater with the different concentrations of phenol was conducted and the rate of degraded phenol and its degradation speed in different periods were measured. [ Results] The results showed that in the content of phenol of 500 mg/L the rate of de- graded phenol of 5 strains: JF-1, JF-2, JF-3, JF4 and JF-5, was 34.45% , 30.84% , 61.32%, 41.21% and 56.41% in the first 3 hours, respectively ; and within 24 hours, the rate of phenol-degrading was 100%. In the concentration of phenol of 2 000 mg/L, the rate of degraded phenol of 5 strains was 68.57% , 67.29% , 79.28% , 66.49% and 81.98% within 24 hours. The strains screened had a stronger ability in phenol-degrading, which could increase the speed of phenol-degrading. In a relatively short time, the rate of degraded phenol of 5 strains in treatment of the different concentrations of phenol was little change. [ Conclusion] The 5 strains had a strong ability to adapt to change in alluvlal load and the comparison test indicated that the strain, JF-5, had the best effect on phenol-degrading and JF-5 strain was selected as the advantage bacteria.
