摘要
以黄河南徙泛淮史料为依据,分析了黄河南徙入淮期间徐淮流域的洪涝灾情,着重阐述了黄河南徙对徐淮区域经济、交通和生态环境的影响,并总结了该区域历史上的自然灾害。
Based on the historical record, the flood disasters in Xu-Huai River Basin caused by southward flow of Yellow River were studied, and its effects on Xu-Huai regional economic, transportation and eco-cnvironment were focused on. Finally, the author＇s insight on historical natural disaster was presented.
