烟叶气调剂不同氧气浓度的防霉杀虫及醇化效果 被引量:18

Effects of Mildewproof and Disinsection and Alcoholization of Tobacco Air-regulating Agent on Tobacco Leaves in Different Oxygen Concentration Conditions

摘要 [目的]为烟叶气调剂的应用提供参考。[方法]利用烟叶气调剂调节密封烟垛内的氧气浓度值(〈2%、2%~4%、4%~6%),比较不同氧气浓度备件下气调剂的防霉杀虫效果和片烟的外观与感官质量。[结果]3种氧气浓度条件下,烟叶气调剂均能在45d内杀死烟草甲各虫态,并抑制贮藏片烟霉变;气调贮存可有效抑制烟叶颜色过度转深,并在一定程度上保持烟叶的色度和油分;氧气浓度为4%~6%的处理贮藏片烟的感官质量最好。[结论]使用气调剂贮存片烟时,氧气浓度为4%~6%的处理片烟的醇化质量较好。 [ Objective ] The study was to provide the reference for application of air-regulating agent. [ Method ] The oxygen concns.( 〈 2%, 2% -4% , 4% -6% )in tobacco stacks were regulated by tobacco air-regulating agent. The effects of mildewproof and disinsection of tobacco air-regulating agent on tobacco leaves and the appearance and sensory quality of tobacco leaves in different oxygen concns, were compared. [ Result] Under 3 oxygen concns., the tobacco air-regulating agent could kill each life stage of cigarette beetle and inhibit mouldy of tobacco leaves. The air-regulating agent could inhibit over-darkening of tobacco leaves and keep their chroma and oil in some degree. The sensory quality of tobacco leaves in treatments with oxygen concns, of 4% -6% was the best. [ Conclusion ] When tobacco leaves was stored with airregulating agent, the alcoholization quality of tobacco leaves in treatments with oxygen concns, of 4% -6% was the best.
