摘要
[目的]研究卷烟制丝重点工序工艺参数对卷烟主流烟气中苯并[a]芘释放量的影响。[方法]选择微波松散、松散回潮、切丝、HT+烘丝4个工序分别进行均匀设计试验。[结果]切丝工序中切丝宽度为1.00 mm时,苯并[a]芘释放量最低;微波松散工序中加工时间对释放量有正作用;松散回潮工序中筒体转速对释放量有负作用;HT+烘丝工序中HT工作蒸汽压力、热风温度对其释放量有正作用,HT工作蒸汽压力和排潮风门开度的交互作用、热风温度和热风风门开度的交互作用对其释放量有负作用,影响大小顺序是:热风温度>HT工作蒸汽压力和排潮风门开度的交互作用>热风温度和热风风门开度的交互作用>HT工作蒸汽压力。[结论]卷烟制丝工艺参数对苯并[a]芘释放量有一定影响,对工艺参数进行适当调整,有助于其释放量的降低。
[ Objective]The study aimed to explore effects of key processes' parameters in the primary processing of cigarette production on benzo[ a ] pyrene (BaP) delivery in cigarette mainstream smoke. [ Method ] Four processes were investigated separately by uniform design method, namely microwave loosening, loosening and conditioning, tobacco cutting and HT and tobacco drying. [ Result ] For tobacco cutting process, when tobacco cut width was 1 mm. , the BoP delivery got the lowest. For microwave loosening process, processing time acted posi- tively on the BaP delivery. For loosening and conditioning process, rotation speed of cylinder acted negatively on the BaP delivery. For HT and tobacco drying process, HT operating steam pressure and hot air temperature acted positively on the BaP Delivery, while, interaction between HT operating steam pressure and moisture exhaust damper opening and interaction between hot air temperature and hot air damper opening acted negatively on it. And the decreased order of effects as follows : hot air temperature, interaction between HT operating steam pressure and moisture exhaust damper opening, interaction between hot air temperature and hot air damper opening, and HT operating steam pressure. [ Conclusion] The processing parameters in the primary processing of cigarette production had some effects on BaP delivery, and adjustment of processing parameters was helpful to the delivery reduction.
