摘要
[目的]研究蜡样芽孢杆菌CMCC63305的生物防治能力。[方法]通过发芽、平板抑菌和杀虫试验研究Bacillus cereusCMCC63305的促生、抑茵和杀虫作用。[结论]Bacillus cereus CMCC63305可刺激小麦根的生长,增加小麦鲜干质量物质的积累,与对照相比,鲜质量增加了9.08%~13.00%,干质量增加了9.22%~12.90%,株高增加了1.24%~5.57%。10^6cfu/ml的Bacillus cereus CMCC63305代谢液对小麦纹枯病有很好的抑制效果,菌丝生长抑制率达86.07%,略低于多菌灵药剂的杀菌效果;对蔬菜灰霉病的抑制率达63.73%,超过对照药剂腐霉利对蔬菜灰霉病的抑制率51.53%。1.83×10^10cfu/ml的菌液对3龄小菜蛾48h的致死率为84.3%,略低于苏云金芽孢杆菌Bt0601在浓度为1.14×10^10cfu/ml的情况下对3龄小菜蛾48h的致死率96.7%。[结论]Bacillus cereusCMCC63305具促生、抑菌和杀虫作用。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the biological control ability of Bacillus cereus63305. [ Method ] The effects of growthpromoting and insecticidal of Bacillus cereus CMCC63305 were studied through the germination, antimicrobial and leaf disc method. [ Result] B. cereus CMCC63305 could stimulate root growth, increased wheat dry weight of fresh material accumulation, compared with the control, fresh weight increased by 9.08% - 13.00% , dry weight increased by 9.22% - 12.90% , plant height increased by 1.24% - 5.57%. 106cfu/ml broth had the capability of antagonism against Rhizoctonia cerealis, the inhibition rate on mycelial growth reached to 86.07%, a bit lower than that of carbendazol. The inhibition rate on gray mold was 63.73%, higher than that of check sample. 1.83 ×10^10 cfu/ml Bacillus cereus killed 84.3% of the third instar larvae in 48 h. It was a bit lower than that of 1.14 ×10^10 cfu/ml Bacillus thuringiensis Bt0601 which killed 96.7% of the third instar larvae in 48 h. [ Conclusion ] Bacillus cereus 63305 had the ability of plant-growth promotion, antagonism against some dis- ease and kill the third instar larvae.
