长白山区野生宽叶杜香镇咳祛痰作用的研究

Experimental Research on the Antibechic and Expectorant Effects of Wild Ledum palustre Linn.var.dilatatum Wahlanberg from Changbai Mountain Areas

[目的]为长白山区野生宽叶杜香的临床应用、新药研发和人工扩繁提供试验依据。[方法]以雄性昆明种小鼠为试验动物,长白山区野生宽叶杜香叶为试材,通过动物试验研究宽叶杜香的镇咳祛痰作用。[结果]各试验组小鼠状态基本相同,都比较活泼,饮食量与饮水量稳定,体重增长速度基本一致。与生理盐水组相比,宽叶杜香低、中、高剂量的水蒸气蒸馏液均可以延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,且低剂量组效果显著,中剂量组效果极显著;宽叶杜香低、中、高剂量的水蒸气蒸馏液均可以增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排泌量,且高剂量组效果显著,中剂量组效果极显著。[结论]长白山区野生宽叶杜香叶水蒸气蒸馏液具有镇咳祛痰作用,对于治疗慢性支气管炎具有一定意义。

[ Objective ] The purpose of the research was to provide experimental basis for the clinical application, new drug development and artificial propagation of wild Ledum palustre Linn. var. dilatatum Wahlanberg from Changbai Mountain areas. [ Method ] With male mice of Kunming species as tested animal, the leaves of wild dilatatum from Changbai Mountain areas as tested materials, the antibechic and expectorant effects of dilatatum were researched through animal experiment. [ Result ] The conditions of mice in various experimental groups were basically same, all of them were relatively active, their diet uptakes and drinking amounts were stable and the increasing speeds of their body- weights were basically identical. Compared with the group treated by normal saline solution, all the low, middle and high doses of the extracts solution extracted by steam distillation from dilatatum could prolong the latent period of cough in mice led by ammonia water and reduce cough frequencies, the effect of low doses was significant and that of middle doses was extremely significant ; all the low, middle and high doses of the extracts solution extracted by steam distillation from dilatatum could increase the excretory amount of phenol red of respiratory tract in mice, the effect of high doses was significant and that of middle doses was extremely significant. [ Conclusion ] The extracts solution extracted by steam distillation from the leaves of wild dilatatum from Changbai Mountain areas had antibechic and expectorant effects, so it had some significance on curing chronic bronchitis.
