高强度超声聚焦治疗腹盆腔恶性肿瘤61例的临床观察

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in the Treatment of Abdominal and Pelvic Malignant Tumor

目的探讨高强度超声聚焦治疗在腹盆腔恶性肿瘤局部治疗中的价值。方法对61例腹盆腔恶性肿瘤进行高能超声聚焦治疗,观察其疗效。结果61例患者中88.5%(54例)腹痛等症状得到不同程度的缓解,近期临床收益明显;随访超声95.1%(58例)患者治疗区域超声回声增强,治疗区域内肿块血供不同程度消失,增强CT检察示肿瘤内部坏死样改变。不良反应轻微,主要为治疗时腰背部酸痛及轻度皮肤灼伤。结论高能超声聚焦治疗腹盆腔恶性肿瘤近期疗效较满意,不良反应较小,尤其适用于晚期常规治疗无效患者的局部肿瘤控制。

Objective To investigate the value of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in treatment advanced abdominal and pelvic malignant tumor. Methods 61 patients with abdominal and pelvic malignant tumor were treated by HIFU therapy. The vital signs, main organs functions, imaging examinations, complications and tumor outcome were all observed. Results Clinical symptoms were significantly improved. The pain relief rate was 88.5%（54/61）.Vital signs of all the patients were steady. The functions of liver and kidney were normal. Echo of tumor was enhanced with ultrasound 95.1%（59/61）, necrosis was found in the tumors with CT, the quality of life such as eating, sleeping and mental status was all markedly improved. The side effects were lumbago and slight skin burn. No serious complications were seen. Conclusions HIFU treatment is safe and effective in therapy of the abdominal and pelvic malignant tumor.
