呼吸内科临床护理带教的体会

摘要 目的探讨实习护生人数多,护理工作繁重,如何做好本职工作的同时,又能提高临床带教质量。方法对去年在雅安市人民医院呼吸内科室实习的70名护生采取双人带教方法,即由带教组长与一名专业护士共同带教一名护生。结果护生在呼吸内科实习过程中,护理临床教学质量明显提高。结论双人带教能提高护生的学习能力、巩固理论知识、培养护生综合能力,从而提高护理临床教学质量。 Objective Probe into the face of an excessive number of practice student nurses and onerous nursing work, how to do a good job and improve the quality of Clinical education at the same time. Methods As to total of 70 practice student nurses who practised in our hospital at last year, resort to the method of double-person teaching. A teaching group leader and a professional nurse teach a practice student nurse. Results In during the course of student nurses practised in respiratory department, the quality of clinical nursing teaching has been obviously improved. Conclusion Double-person teaching can improve the learning ability of student nurses, consolidate theoretical knowledge and cultivate their comprehensive abilities, thereby enhancing the quality of clinical nursing education
