宁夏产枸杞根际固氮菌分离筛选研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]从宁夏枸杞根际筛选出适合宁夏气候特点和固氮特性表现较好的有益工程菌株。[方法]采用NFM(无氮培养基)分离具有固氮能力的菌株,测定枸杞的根表、根表土壤、根际土壤的菌株分离及固氮菌株菌落生长情况。[结果]从根表分离出菌株的个数、生长速度、单个菌株增殖数量均比从根际土壤和根表土壤分离出的多。3个部位经纯化筛选后,共得到47株具有固氮能力的菌株,其中根表分离菌株最多。[结论]宁夏枸杞根表的菌株最多,根际土壤次之,根表土壤最少。 [Objective] The study aimed to select the best beneficial bacteria from the Ningxia Lycium barbarum L. , which has local climate characteristics and nitrogen fixation characteristic performance. [ Method] Nitrogen fixation bacteria of root surface, root surface soil and rhizo- sphere soil were determined by using NFM (non-nitrogen culture medium). [ Result ] Quantities, growth speed of strainsand multiplied quantity of single strain separated form root surface were more than that of form rhizosphere soft and root surface ; experimente divided 47 nitrogen fixation bacteria from 3 parts. [ Conclusion] Root soil had the most strains, secondly for rhizospbere soil, root soil had the least strains.
