摘要
[目的]研究鸡子宫中钙结合蛋白d28k基因的变化规律。[方法]采集不同产蛋阶段蛋鸡的子宫组织,利用RT-PCR方法检测钙结合蛋白d28k mRNA在子宫的表达情况。[结果]蛋进入子宫前2、1 h检测到钙结合蛋白d28k的表达,随着蛋壳的形成和钙化程度的加速,蛋进入子宫后5、15 h钙结合蛋白d28k的表达量逐渐增加,在蛋进入子宫后15 h达到最高水平,在产蛋后1、2 h没有检测到该基因的表达。[结论]钙结合蛋白d28k是影响蛋壳钙化的重要基因。
[ Objective ] The change rule of Calbindin-d28k in chincken uterus was studied. [ Method ] The uterus of chicken in different egg stage was collected. Calbindin-d28k gene was detected in different stage of egg production by RT-PCR. [ Result ] At 2 h, 1 h before the egg came into the uterus,the expression of Calbindin-d28k was detected. At 5 h,15 h after the egg came into the uterus,the expression of Calbindin-d28k beeanm increased. The expression of Calbindin-d28k reached the highest after 15 h. Laying egg after 1 h,2 h,the expression Calbindin-d28k didn't detected. [ Conclusion] Calbindin-d28k was an important gene on the eggshell calcification.
