摘要
[目的]探索流苏石斛离体快速繁殖途径。[方法]以流苏石斛为材料进行组织培养。试验流程为种子无菌萌发,继代培养,炼苗移栽。[结果]在培养基1/2MS+马铃薯汁50 g/L+蔗糖25 g/L中种子无菌萌发情况良好;在继代培养基1/2MS+6-BA 0.50 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L+马铃薯汁50 g/L+香蕉汁50 g/L+活性炭5 g/L+蔗糖25 g/L中幼苗增殖效果显著,生长状况良好;炼苗移栽后存活率高。[结论]为保存濒危流苏石斛种质资源,创造更高的经济效益提供科学依据。
[ Objective ] This study aimed to find out a way of fast multiplication of Dendrobium fimbriatum in vitro. [ Method ] Taking Dendrobium fimbriatum as material to do tissue culture. The content included seed sprouting in pure condition, generation culture, and transplanting. [ Result] The result showed that the seed sprouted very well in pure condition in the culture medium of 1/2MS + potato juise 50 g/L + cane sugar 25 g/L. In the culture medium of 1/2MS +6-BA 0.50 mg/L + NAA 0. 10 mg/L + potato juise 50 g/L + banana juise 50 g/L + activated carbon 5 g/L + cane sugar 25 g/L, seedling multiplication was very effective and its growth was well. The survive rate was high after transplanting. [ Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for preserving nearing disappearing Dendrobium fimbriatum germ plasm resources and bringing higher economic effect.
