镉氮交互作用对苋菜生长及其营养品质的影响 被引量:7

Interactive Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer Application and Cadmium Contamination on the Growth and Nutrition Quality of Amaranth

摘要 [目的]研究施氮和镉污染的互作对蔬菜生长及品质的影响。[方法]盆栽试验中,以潮土为供试土壤,苋菜为供试蔬菜,设4种水平镉处理(0、0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/kg)和4种水平氮处理(0、0.2、0.4、0.6 g/kg),完全正交设计,研究了镉氮交互作用对苋菜生长及其营养品质的影响。[结果]低浓度镉(0.5 mg/kg)与氮(0.2 g/kg)能极显著促进苋菜生长。在镉污染条件下,施氮较不施氮处理能极显著促进苋菜生长;镉污染能极显著增加苋菜Vc和可溶性糖的含量,抑制可溶性蛋白的合成;镉污染下施氮则极显著抑制了Vc、可溶性糖的合成,促进叶绿素的合成,显著增加苋菜可溶性蛋白含量。[结论]苋菜中镉与硝酸盐的含量与土壤中镉与硝酸盐的含量呈显著正相关,施氮量为0.2 g/kg时极显著地抑制了苋菜对镉的吸收。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to study the interactive effect of the nitrogen application and cadmium contamination on growth and nutrition quality of vegetable. [Method] With alluvial soil as tested soil and with amaranth as tested vegetable, the complete orthogonal design with cadmium at 4 cohen, of 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mg/kg and nitrogen at 4 concn, of 0, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 g/kg was set up in the pot test to study the interactive effect of nitrogen and cadmium on growth and nutrition quality of vegetable. [ Result] The cadmium and nitrogen at low cohen. (0.5 mg/kg and 0.2 g/kg) could extremely significantly promote the growth of amaranth.. Under the cadmium contamination condition, the treatment of nitrogen application could extremely significantly promote the growth of amaranth compared with the treatment without nitrogen application; cadmium contamination could extremely significantly increase the synthesis of Vc and soluble sugar, and inhibit the content of soluble protein in amaranth; the nitrogen application could extremely significantly inhibit the content of Vc and soluble sugar, promote the chlorophyll synthesis in the existence of cadmium contamination, and significantly increase the soluble protein in amaranth. [ Conclusion] The cadmium and nitrate contents in the amaranth had a significantly positive correlation to the cadmium and nitrate content in soil. The nitrogen applied at 0.2 g/kg could extremely significantly inhibit the cadmium absorption by the amaranth.
