摘要
[目的]分析不同生理时期平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)多糖的含量。[方法]测定了6个平菇菌种的液体菌丝体阶段、菌丝满料阶段、子实体与出菇结束废料中的多糖含量,并进行了比较,分析不同生理时期平菇多糖产量差异。[结果]凤尾菇四号与广温七号液体培养阶段多糖的含量最高,出菇结束的废料中也含有一定量的多糖,可以回收利用其中的多糖。[结论]为进一步开发利用食用菌多糖的原料提供理论依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the polysaecharide content of Pleurotus ostreatus in different physiological stages. [ Method1 The polysaccharide contents of 6 strains Pleurotus ostreatus were determined in different physiological stages, the mycelium liquid stage, the stage of mycelium occupying the whole culture medium, the fruit body stage and the waste material stage. [ Result] The results showed that the poly- saecharide content of Fengweigu forth and Guanwen seventh in the stage of liquid culture were the highest. The waste material also contained a certain amount polysaecharide, that could be recovered to distill polysaecharide. [ Conclusion ] The study can lay the theoretical foundation for deeply developing and utilizing the polysaceharide of edible fungi.
