摘要
[目的]探索插穗特性对蓝莓硬枝扦插成活的影响。[方法]调查蓝莓插穗在不同品种、营养储藏量及愈伤组织形成率3因素下的各处理成活率,分析它们对蓝莓硬枝扦插成活影响的差异。[结果]品种是决定篮莓扦插成活的重要因素,而营养储藏量在不同处理间差异不显著;蓝莓硬枝扦插时,最宜选用的插稳标准为4—8芽节长、0.41—0.80cm粗组合,而最不宜选用9—18芽节长、0.10~0.20cm粗组合;扦插过程中,愈伤组织形成的难易度可作为判断蓝莓硬枝插穗成活难易的指标。[结论]为确保蓝莓硬枝扦插的成功,宜选择合适的品种进行,同时选择的插穗最佳长、粗度组合为4—8芽节长、0.41—0.80cm粗。愈伤组织的形成率能作为判断蓝莓硬枝插穗成活难易的指标。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore the effects of cutting characters on the survival of blueberry hardwood cutting. [ Method ] By investigating the survival rate of blueberry hardwood cutting under different treatments under three factors of different varieties, cutting nutrition amount,formed rate of callus,their effects difference on the survival of blueberry hardwood cutting were analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that variety was a crucial factor for blueberry hardwood cutting,while the cutting nutrition was only an important factor,becanse their difference was not significant. To make the hardwood cutting succeed at most, the cutting with buds 4 -8 and diameter 0.41 -0.80 cm should be selected, while the cutting with buds 9 - 18 and diameter 0.10 -0.20 cm should be avoided. During cutting management,the rate of callus forming can be used as an indictor judging whether a variety fits to hardwood cutting. [Conclusion] The selection of varieties and the usage of cutting with buds 4 -8 and diameter 0.41 -0.80 cm were two key aspects for the hardwood cutting of blueberry. The formed rate of callus was an indictor judging whether a variety fits to hardwood cutting.
