摘要
[目的]研究常见入湖污染因子对牛蛙蝌蚪生存的影响。[方法]在室内条件自来水养殖中,采用单因子急性毒性试验方法,分别研究9种因子对抚仙湖环境中所采集的牛蛙蝌蚪的半致死浓度(LC50)和安全浓度(SC)的影响。[结果]洗衣粉、洗洁精、除草剂、总氮、总磷、Pb2+、Cu2+、Mn7+、Cd2+对牛蛙蝌蚪的安全浓度分别为22.92、22.39、7.78、15.39、121.48、9.07、0.04、0.52、0.04 mg/L。[结论]该研究可为抚仙湖环境水质的生物监测提供科学资料。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of normal pollutant to the lake on the subsistence of Rana catesbeiana tadpoles. [ Method] Under indoor condition and tap water, single-factor acute and toxicity test was carried out to study the LC50 and SC of nine chemicals factors on R. catesbeiana tadpoles in Fuxian Hu. [ Resuh ] The results showed that the safety concentrations of detergent,washing liquid, herbicides, TN, TP, Pb^2+ , Cu^2 + , Mn^7+ , Cd^2+ to R. catesbeiana tadpoles were 22.92,22.39,7.78, 15.39, 121.48, 9.07, 0.04, 0.52, 0.04 mg/L. [ Conclusion ] This study could provide scientific data for the biomonitoring of water quality in Fuxian Hu.
