36种植物甲醇提取物杀蚜虫活性的研究

Study on Insecticidal Activities of 36 Species Plants Methanol Extracts against Brevicoryne brassicae

[目的]筛选我国西南地区具有杀蚜活性的植物。[方法]以萝卜蚜虫作为供试靶标昆虫,采用浸叶法测定蛇足石杉、岩木瓜及珍珠莲等36种植物甲醇提取物对蚜虫的杀虫活性。[结果]36种植物甲醇提取物5 g/L浓度处理蚜虫12和24 h后,岩木瓜、珍珠莲和光叶铁仔3种植物甲醇提取物校正死亡率均大于60%。岩木瓜、珍珠莲和光叶铁仔甲醇提取物对蚜虫24 h的LC50值分别为1.26、1.48和2.38 g/L,表现出较强的毒力。[结论]岩木瓜、珍珠莲和光叶铁仔甲醇提取物的杀虫活性成分值得深入研究。

[ Objective ] The main aim was to screen insecticidal plants in southwest of China. [ Method ] The insecticidal activities of 36 species plants methanol extracts against Brevicoryne brassicae, including Huperzia serrata, Ficus tsiangii, Ficus sarmentosa vat. henryi and so on, were assayed. [ Result ] The corrected mortality rates of 3 species plants methanol extracts with 5 g/L concentration against B. brassicae, including F. tsiangii, F. sarmentosa var. henryi, Myrsine stolonifera, were over 60% at 12 h and 24 h after treatment. The toxicity of 3 species plants methanol extracts against B. brozsicae was also studied and LC50 values of them were 1.26, 1.48 and 2.38 g/L, respectively. [ Conclusion] The insecticidal active ingredients of 3 species plants would be worth studying.
