河南济源煤业公司在短短几年时间就连续发生了18起共35人死亡的安全事故,而且其中竟有12起共17人死亡的事故被瞒报。期间,国家安监总局两任局长曾先后对该企业多次瞒报一事作过批示,要求严肃查处,然而悲剧并未停止上演——这是否意味着类似的企业在保证安全生产方面已经无可救药?我们能够实现载人航天飞行,却为什么不能安全地进行煤矿作业?记者追踪4年,多次前往济源、洛阳、郑州、四川等地调查,先后采访了近百人次,试图还原该企业瞒报矿工死亡事故的全过程。
In just a few years time,a spate of 35 accidents with 18 deaths happened in Henan Jiyuan Coal Industry Company,but as much as 12 cases with 17 deaths have been concealed.During the period,two diretors of the state administration of work safety had made instructions regarding the company's repeated behavior of covering up accidents,and demanded a serious investigation,but the tragedy did not stop staged-Does this mean that some companies are beyond saving in ensuring the safe production? We are able to achieve manned space flight,but why can not mine safety work? Reporters who track this for four years visit to Jiyuan,Luoyang,Zhengzhou,Sichuan many times,and interview nearly one hundred people,trying to restore the whole process of firm concealed mining fatalities and find the real source of each and every mine disaster.
