摘要
为了持续追踪和研究中国企业家犯罪问题，笔者收集了2009年度广受媒体关注的95例涉嫌刑事犯罪或者与刑事犯罪有关的企业家（包括部分企业主要经营管理人员或者利用企业从事违法犯罪活动的企业负责人在内，以下统称“企业家”）的相关资料，并对2009年度中国企业家涉嫌犯罪状况予以总结和研究，形成2009年度中国企业家犯罪报告。
Because of the discord with the law,more than 80 Chinese tycoons have dropped dejectedly in 2009.Why are they dismissed from their posts,how to fall,as well as the fate,will be showed clearly in this report.
