准好氧矿化垃圾床的装填密度研究

摘要 [目的]研究准好氧矿化垃圾床的装填密度对渗滤液处理效果的影响。[方法]在实验室构建准好氧矿化垃圾床,通过测定COD、NH3-N和TN,比较分析不同装填密度反应床处理渗滤液的效果。[结果]当每立方矿化垃圾的水力负荷约45 L/d、有机负荷约540 g/d时,反应床对渗滤液中COD、NH3-N和TN的去除率分别达86%以上、92%以上和88%以上;当装填密度由1 426 kg/m3减小到858kg/m3时,渗滤液中COD、NH3-N和TN的去除率分别接近99%、100%和96%。根据不同装填密度反应床对渗滤液处理的效果和影响分析,初步确定试验条件下准好氧矿化垃圾床适宜的装填密度为860 kg/m3。[结论]该研究可为准好氧矿化垃圾床的构建和应用提供定量化依据。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of landfill density of semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreactor on the leachate treatment. [ Method ] Semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreactors were set up in the laboratory. And the effects of landfill density of semi - aerobic aged refuse bioreactor on the leachate were compared by the determination of COD, NH3-N and TN. [ Result ] The results showed that at a hydraulic load of about 45 L/d and an organic load of about 540 g/d for per cubic aged refuse,removal efficiency of COD,NH3-N and TN was up 86% ,92% and 88% respectively. When landfill deusity reduced from 1 426 kg/m3 to 858 kg/m3 ,removal efficiency of the COD,NH3-N and TN was increased to near 99%, 100% and 96% respectively. The increase was attributed to extension of leachate retention time and improvement of natural ventilation conditions in the bioreactor with the least density. Based on analysis of the efficiency and the effects on leachate treatment ,the fit landfill density was preliminarily considered to be near 860 kg/m3. [ Conclusion]This study cou!d give quantitative guidance for establishment and application of the bioreactor.
