摘要
辽宁省人工影响天气数据库管理系统以基本气象资料、人影专有气象资料和作业点地理信息及实际作业等资料为主要数据源,采用了先进的数据库建设思想和技术,设计开发了数据处理、数据查询、图表统计、数据输出等实用功能,为开展人工增雨作业及相关科研提供各种数据信息。
Based on the data of basic meteorology, exclusive meteorology on weather modification , operation geographical position and practical work, the advanced database establishment thoughts and technologies were used in the weather modification database management system in Liaoning Province to design and develop the practical functions of data process, search, statistic graph and data output. The system provided all kinds of data information for developing the operation and the related science and researches of weather modification.
