摘要 为探讨使用TMS是否有可能加重缺血性损害或引起继发性出血,观察了实验室常规磁刺激上限次数(20)及最大刺激强度的TMS对MCAO大鼠神经行为及脑组织结构的影响。结果TMS既未引起动物痉挛发作,亦未加重MCAO大鼠的神经功能缺失程度。组织学检查未发现梗塞体积的增加及梗塞区内外的出血。提示常规TMS检查直接加重脑梗塞患者脑组织损伤的可能性不大。 The purpuse of the study was to see whether routine TMS may lead to further damage to the infarcted brain. The MCAO rats underwent TMS 2h and 22h after occlusion, each session of TMS cosisting of 20 pulses of magnetic stimuli at the -maxinal output of the stimulator. No convulsions occurred in the TMS - treated rats and there were no significant differences in neurological deficits and cerebral infarct volume between the TMS - treated group and pure MCAO group, histological study didn't reveal and bleeding within or outside the infarcted territory. It is suggested that routine TMS might not he responsible for secondary hemorrhage in patients with cerebral infarct.
