检察机关案件质量监督评估机制初探

Supervision and Evaluation Mechanism of the Case Quality in Procuratorial Organ

目前,我国检察系统尚无统一的案件质量监督评估体系,没有一套完整、科学的案件管理理论及实践体系。现有的检察机关案件质量管理工作,有其合理性的一面,但也存在不少问题,以成立专门的案件管理机构的方式来加强案件管理,正逐渐被广泛认可。对此,建立监督和评估相分离的案件质量管理机制显得十分必要。

At present, there is neither one supervision and evaluation system of the case quality in procuratorial organ nor one complete and seientific system in theory and practice about judicial ease management in China. The existing method of judicial case management is in some degree reasonable yet has some deficiencies. A special office to set up has widely been accepted, h is very essential to set up a management mechanism in which the supervision and the evaluation are separated.
