公德意识是高校德育的核心要素,加强社会公德教育是提高大学生道德素质的基础和内容。通过对新时期大学生公德状况及原因的分析,认为加强大学生公德意识、培养大学生公德行为养成可以从用社会主义荣辱观为指导、正面灌输与自我教育相结合、公德教育与实践锻炼相结合、优化公德环境与完善评价体系相结合等方面着手。

Moral consciousness is the core of moral education in colleges, and potentiation of moral education is a basis and important content to upgrade the students＇ morality. The status and reasons in new era requires that such measures should be taken for the potentiation of moral education and the development of moral habits as the combinations of indoctrination and self - education, education and practice, optimization of moral environment and perfect of assessment system under the guidance of socialism concepts of honor and humiliation.
