Morpological Changes in the Brain of Severely Burned Rats at the Early Stage

摘要 实验制作大鼠35%TBSAⅢ°烧伤模型。伤后进行了脑水含量测定和形态学观察。结果显示:烧伤后脑水含量升高,伊文思蓝兰染范围广、染色深、脑内PAS阳性物质增多,ATP酶减少,电镜观察血管内皮细胞、神经细胞及胞浆内线粒体肿胀。结果表明:严重烧伤后脑内毛细血管通透性增加,组织细胞有缺血、缺氧改变,脑组织有程度不同的水肿发生。烧伤后立即复苏可改善/脑组织的供血供氧状况,减轻组织细胞的病理损害。 Rats were burned to third degree 35% TBSA and their brain water content andmorphological changes were observed. The results revealed that water content in the brain wasincreased post burn, Evans blue staining gave a broader stained area and deeper color. PAS posi-tive substances increased in the brain and ATPase decreased. Electron microscope observationrevealed that blood vessel endothelial cells, nerve cells and mitochondria in cytoplasm wereswelling. This indicates that the permeability of capillaries in the brain was increased post burn,there was ischmia and hyoxia in the tissue cells and edema in the brain tissue, Immediate resusci-tation post burn may improve brain blood supply and reduce tissue injury.
