摘要
作者用湿润烧伤膏与金霉素甘油糊剂（AGP）随机单盲对照治疗38例糜烂型扁平苔鲜病人。结果证明：在溃疡修复方面，MEBO治疗组有16例有效，而AGP组仅有9例；在止痛方面，MEBO有17例止痛有效，而AGP仅有9例。无论溃疡面修复与止痛效果，MEBO均明显优于AGP（P＜0．05）。本文还探讨了MEBO治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的机理。
38 cases of erosive lich planus were treated in random with single-blind controlmethod with MEBO or aureomycin glycerol paste (AGP). The results revealed that in MEBOgroup 16 cases healed and in AGP group only 9 cases healed. 17 cases treated with MEBO hadpain relieved and only 9 cases treated with AGP had pain relieved. The difference of the thera-peutic effect and pain relieving effect between MEBO and AGP was significant (P＜0.05).
