摘要
目的：探讨急性肾小球肾炎患者的临床护理措施。方法：对78例急性肾小球肾炎患儿及家属者进行心理指导、饮食指导、用药指导，以降低复发率。结果：32例急性肾小球肾炎患儿除1例未愈，自动出院外，其他患儿均获得满意效果。结论：积极有效的治疗及护理是预防及减少急性肾炎并发症及复发的重要保证。
Objective： To investigate the acute glomerulonephritis in patients with clinical care measures. Methods： 78 cases of acute glomerulonephritis in children and their families, who carry out psychological guidance, dietary guidance, medication guide, to reduce the recurrence rate. Results ： 32 cases of acute glomerulonephritis in children except for 1 patient healed, automatic discharge, the other children have received satisfactory results. Conclusion： The positive and effective treatment and care is to prevent and reduce complications and recurrence of acute nephritis important guarantee.
